Jamie Purves joined 3t in 2020 as General Manager for the Group’s Scottish operations. Since then, he has advanced through a series of senior leadership positions, including Managing Director of Managed Services and Workforce Development, where he led global training management programmes. Now, in his current role, Jamie oversees both areas, bringing an integrated and focused approach to supporting our clients across the UK, whilst supporting global expansion and delivery of our services.
With an extensive background in training and workforce development, Jamie has held senior positions internationally with major oil and gas organisations. His expertise spans training delivery, HSE and competency assessment, project management, and operational leadership. Jamie holds an MBA in Oil and Gas from Robert Gordon University (RGU).
Based at 3t’s flagship Dyce training centre, Jamie has been instrumental in creating a centre of excellence and building a highly skilled instructor workforce. His leadership continues to drive innovation and quality across managed services, ensuring clients receive best-in-class solutions for workforce development.
